God heals our broken bodies and hearts from afflictions because His promises for us are always “yes and amen” in Jesus Christ. Jesus is still healing the sick, forsaken, and the broken-hearted with deep love and compassion today as He did before. He is still the same yesterday, today, and forever. We are preserved in Him-2 Corinthians 1:20, Hebrews 13:8.
We are not destroyed because God does not change. His love, compassion, plans, and purpose are constant towards us. The understanding of this fundamental truth helps us become grounded in faith, hope, and expectation of divine intervention for healing and restoration of our broken bodies and hearts from afflictions in a fallen world. God is always active in setting us free from the effects of our present fallen world. He saves our souls from eternal damnation and sets us free from sickness and disease in His unmatched sovereign power. He heals our minds, broken hearts, and bodies. God also gives us the mind of Christ to think, declare, and act on His word for our healing. It is never too late for God to intervene in our circumstances. He reigns over every principality and power-Malachi 3:6, 2 Peter 1:2,2 Peter 1:3, 2 Corinthians 2:16. Ephesians 1.
Jesus Christ finished the work of our salvation and healing on the cross. Our salvation and provision for healing are already a done deal! The power of darkness flees at the mention of the name of Jesus Christ, our Savior, redeemer, and eternal Lord. Healing is part of the blessings we enjoy as those who believe in Him and are the children of God. The love and care that God has for us go beyond what we can ever imagine or understand. It is beyond the love of our earthly or biological father. God’s love is perfect, infinite, and eternal. It is beyond description and human logical comprehension. The love God has for us is more tangible, durable, and longer-lasting than anything we will ever know-John 19:30, Isaiah 53:5, Philippians 2:10, John 1:12.
God’s healing is for you today. He wants to heal you right now. It does not matter if your circumstances seem hopeless or too far gone. All that really matters is God’s will, plan, and purpose for your life. Our God is the miracle worker. He is the one who raises us from the bed of affliction and rescues us from the jaws of death. He is the One who declares that affliction will never rise again! He is never too late, and there is nothing beyond His divine power. Let faith in His ability to perform wonders without number arise in your heart right now. Everything bows at His feet. Cancer, Arthritis, Mental illness, Leukemia, including all known and unknown diseases, bow to the name of Jesus Christ, whose name is above all names. God’s healing comes to us right where we are. Believe God for it, declare His healing words. God’s word is fulfilled in Jesus Christ. The word is “yes and amen” in Jesus Christ. Now is the right time to act in faith and expectation of divine intervention. Rejoice in the goodness of God over your life, worship Him from the root of your soul, and praise Him with all your heart. God’s thoughts toward you are always good-Job 8:10, Jeremiah 29:11.
